1. Data controller

2. Scope and purposes of processing

We process personal data for the following purposes:

• contact and preparation of an offer,
• performance of the contract and customer service,
• billing and legal obligations,
• direct marketing to the extent permitted by law,
• security and operation of the website.

3. Legal basis

Data is processed on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b), (c) and (f) RODO and, in the case of marketing consents, also Art. 6(1)(a) RODO. RODO is the Polish abbreviation for Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, which applies directly in Poland.

4. Data recipients

We share data only with entities that support the operation of the website and the handling of inquiries:

• OVH SAS - website hosting and e-mail; data processed in the EEA,
• Google Ireland Ltd. - Google Analytics 4 (visit statistics, only after consent has been given in the cookie banner); possible transfer to the USA on the basis of the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework,
• Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. - Meta Pixel (measurement of advertising effectiveness, only after consent has been given); possible transfer to the USA on the basis of the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework,
• Brevo (Sendinblue SAS) - sending of e-mail messages; data processed in the EEA,
• entities cooperating in the provision of services, to the extent necessary for their performance.

5. Retention period

We store data for the period necessary to achieve the purpose and thereafter until the limitation period for claims expires or for the period required for retaining accounting records. Backup copies of form submissions are stored for up to 90 days from submission and are then deleted.

6. Rights of data subjects

Data subjects have the right of access, the right to rectification, erasure and restriction of processing, the right to data portability, the right to object and the right to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

They also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if they consider that the processing of their personal data infringes the provisions of RODO (Art. 77 RODO). In Poland, the supervisory authority is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland (uodo.gov.pl). A complaint may also be lodged in the EU Member State of their habitual residence or place of work, or where the alleged infringement took place.

The website uses cookies for purposes necessary for its operation, as well as for analytics and marketing purposes. Details regarding cookies can be found in the Cookie Policy.

8. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect data against unauthorized access, loss or destruction.
