These Terms of Service set out the rules for the provision of services by ContentLabs and the terms of use of the contentlabs.pl website.
For the purposes of these Terms of Service, the following definitions apply:
The scope of services is determined individually and confirmed in the offer, the contract or e-mail correspondence. The Service Provider may provide services on a project basis or on a subscription basis.
The contract may be concluded in written form, in electronic form or by accepting the offer and the terms of cooperation sent by the Service Provider.
The remuneration is specified in the offer or the contract. Payments are made on the basis of invoices, with the payment due date indicated on the document.
Unless the contract provides otherwise, the economic rights to the work results pass to the Client upon payment of the full remuneration. The Service Provider may use completed projects in its portfolio, unless the parties agree otherwise.
The Service Provider is not liable for the consequences of the Client's business decisions, for a lack of action on the Client's part or for delays resulting from causes beyond the Service Provider's control.
Complaints regarding the services should be submitted by e-mail to: contact@contentlabs.pl. The Service Provider will review the complaint within 14 days.
These Terms of Service may be amended. The current version is published on the Website. In matters not regulated herein, the provisions of Polish law apply.
